According to the attached appraisal,  the minimum market value of the land plot is EUR 884,100, being submitted by Fortis Global Management. Therefore, the maximum LTV will be 43,55%. The interest rate of the loan is 15% per annum.The loan period is 6 months, with the Project Owner's right to extend the loan period by max. 6 months with the obligation to increase the interest rate by 2% for the extended period. The principal and interest payments will be made at the end of the loan period. The loan will be  repaid  from selling other ongoing projects, equity from the shareholders or group companies, refinancing from a local bank or if it will be the case from selling the future authorized project.
