Crowdestate’i investorid on varem seda projekti rahastanud 885,400 euro ulatuses.Projekti Sponsor, Paepanga Rivimajad OÜ soovib Crowdestate’i investoritelt kaasata 150,000 eurot, mida kasutatakse edasise ehitustegevuse finatseerimiseks. Laenu tagastamise allikaks on valminud korterite müük.Projekti avaldamise ajaks on arenduse ehitusjärguks 65%. 7 korterit on võlaõiguslike lepingute alusel müüdud. Selline müügimaht on piisav, et peale korterite valmimist tagastada peale käesolevat rahastusvooru moodustuv laenukohustus ja maksta välja intressid.Meid nõustanud sõltumatu kinnisvaraprofessionaali sõnul on projekti avaldamise ajal tekkinud olukorras pankade üldiseks seisukohaks eluasemelaenude juures, et need, kes võlaõigusliku lepingu sõlmimiseks on pangast positiivse vastuse saanud, saavad pangast eluasemele ka finantseerimise.  Laenuperioodiks on 8 kuud. Fikseeritud intressimääraks 13% aasta baasil. Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteekidega 11-le korteriomandile selles arendusprojektis.
