Laenusumma makstakse tagasi refinantseerimise käigus enne Marupe kinnistul ehitamise algust või sponsorite vabast rahavoost 2 kuu jooksul. Laen on tagatud 1.järjekoha hüpoteegiga, mis on seatud Crowdestate´i investorite varasemaid laenusid tagava 1. järjekoha hüpoteegi järele. Arenduskinnistu turuväärtus on EUR 267,000, kõikide laenude ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhe (LTV) on 51%. Fikseeritud intressimäär on 11% aastas. Perioodilisi intressimakseid ei tehta; laenu põhiosa ja kogunenud intress makstakse välja laenuperioodi lõpus või tagatisvara müümisel. Laenu tagastamise allikaks on hetkel lõppjärgus oleva arendusprojekti müük Marupes või tagatisvara müük.
