Peale praegust rahastamisvooru on investorite laenude maht kokku 303 500 eurot ja projekti lõplik finantseerimise maht on 350 000 eurot. Paevälja tee 16 ühepereelamu asub Lubja külas Viimsi vallas,  Viimsi keskuse vahetus läheduses. Tallinna kesklinnast autoga 20 minuti kaugusel. Hoone ehitus on lõpujärgus (valmidus u. 90%) ja lisatud pildid näitavad ehitust seisuga 28.04.2022.
