Toome teieni uue projekti - Pärtli tee 6 ühepereelamu Kuusalu vallas, Valkla külas. Investoritel on võimalus anda elamu ehituseks 1. järjekoha hüpoteegi tagatisel laenu kokku summas 175 000 eurot. Praeguse esimese rahastamisvooru maht on 40 000 eurot. Järgnevad rahastamisvoorud toimuvad ehitusaktide põhiselt.Pärtli tee 6 kinnistu asub 40 km (35-minutilise autosõidu) kaugusel Tallinna kesklinnast. Ümbruskonnas asuvad valdavalt uued või ehitusjärgus ühepereelamud. Planeeritava elamu suurus on 141,5 m2 ja see on ühekordne, kolme magamistoaga ehitis.  Ehitusluba on väljastatud ja ehitustöödega on alustatud - valminud on vundament. Ehitustööde maksumus on 175 000 eurot ja planeeritud valmimisaeg november 2022. Fikseeritud intressimäär on 11% aastas. Intress makstakse ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või valmisehitatud maja müümisel. Investeerimisperiood on kuni 31.12.2022 (u. 7 kuud).  Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga Pärtli tee 6 kinnistule. Kinnistu hetke turuväärtus on 88 000 eurot ja tulevikuväärtus, kui ehitus on lõpetatud, 340 000 eurot (vt. lisatud hindamisakti). Investorite laenu põhiosa suhe tagatisvara väärtusesse (LTV) on ehituse lõpus u. 70%.Laen tagastatakse valmisehitatud eramu müügitulust.
