Projekti rahastamine on korraldatud mitmes rahastamisvoorus. Esimese vooru summa on 40 000 eurot. Laenu tagatiseks seatakse 1. järjekoha hüpoteek Rattasepa tee 33 kinnistutele hinnatud turuväärtuses 74 000 eurot. Projekti kehtiv LTV on 54%. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 75%.
