Sponsor ehitab Soinaste külas paariselamu aadressil Rattasepa tee 33. Projekt asub Tartu kesklinnast 11 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.Sponsor soovib investoritelt kaasata hüpoteegiga tagatud laenu kogu summas 209 000 eurot. Laenuga finantseeritakse Rattasepa tee 33 paarismaja ehitust. Projekti rahastamine on korraldatud mitme vooruga. Praeguse kuuenda vooruga soovitakse kaasata 25 000 eurot. Laenu tagatiseks on seatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteek Rattasepa tee 33 kinnistutele hinnatud turuväärtuses 273 000 eurot (sh. hoonestamata kinnistu väärtus 74 000 eurot ja akteeritud ehitustööd 199 000 eurot). Investorite väljastatud laenude kogusumma koos praeguse vooru summaga on kokku 199 000 eurot. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 75%.
