<p>Käesoleva investeerimisvõimaluse eesmärk on refinantseerida SIA “Baltijas jūras ģeoloģijas centrs” (BJGC) olemasolevad kohustused Crowdestate'i investorite ees. BJGC on alates 2020. aasta jaanuarist edukalt maksnud peaaegu kolmandiku (233 tuhat eurot) olemasolevast laenust koos intressimaksetega (88 tuhat eurot). Ettevõte otsib uut rahastamislahendust, mis sobib paremini nende vajadustega ja on soodsam.<br/><br/>Laen tagatakse 2. järgu hüpoteegiga kinnisvarale, mille turuväärtus on 1,2 miljonit eurot ja mis asub aadressil Pērnavas tänav 49A, Salacgrīva, Salacgrīva linnaosa (praegu tagatakse olemasolev ühisosa laen).
