Akteeritud ehitustööde maksumus on EUR 1,150,000 ja kuus rahastamisvooruga väljastatud laenude suhe vara väärtusesse (LTV) on 43%.Käimasoleva, viienda rahastamisvooru eesmärgiks on kaasata EUR 150 000. Laenu tagatiseks on 1. järjekoha hüpoteek arenduskinnisvarale. Crowdestate investoritel on võimalus antud projekti rahastada erinevate rahastusvoorudega kokku EUR 700,000, millest kolme eelneva rahastusvooruga on kaasatud kokku juba EUR 350,000. Projekti hinnanguline kogukulu on 1,88 miljonit eurot ja projekti eeldatav põhistsenaariumi tulu on 3,1 miljonit eurot.
