Obiectivul acestei oportunitati de investitie este finantarea constructiei a 4 case unifamiliale cuplate pe 4 loturi de teren in suprafata totala de 1212 mp situat in Balotesti, Str. Privighetorilor, nr. 39, Jud. Ilfov, Romania. Investitorii Crowdestate vor avea oportunitatea de a investi intr-un imprumut senior pentru constructie in suma totala de 320.000 EUR, acordat în 7 transe, in functie de progresul lucrarilor si de avansurile incasate. Aceasta este prima transa in suma de 40.000 EUR. Sursele de rambursare vor fi avansurile încasate de la clienti sau vanzarea caselor  la momentul finalizarii acestora.  La data prezentei,  1 casa din totalul celor 4 case este pre-contractata si se asteapta ca finalizarea acestora sa se realizeze pana la finalul lunii martie 2023.
