Il progetto Armanna Superiore prevede la costruzione di 7 ville a schiera posizionate in una zona vicina alla costa e al centro della città di Imperia, con vista panoramica sul mare.L’area totale su cui si sviluppa il progetto è di circa 5.000 m2, di cui 580 m2 residenziali abitativi, i quali verranno suddivisi in 7 esclusive ville a schiera.L’immobile è posizionato nel comune di Imperia, il principale comune della costa del Ponente Ligure. Si differenzia dalle altre costruzioni nella zona per l’elevata qualità degli standard costruttivi, insieme ad una privilegiata vista sul mare. La società Sponsor del progetto, la Edil Sorbara srl, ha iniziato la costruzione del complesso a Marzo 2019 e stima di terminarlo entro Dicembre 2020.  Ad oggi, i lavori sono completati al 20% e la fase di vendita degli immobili è iniziata nel mese di Novembre 2019.Lo Sponsor ricerca tramite Crowdestate una parte del capitale necessario a finanziare i lavori di costruzione. Il costo totale del progetto è di 1.240.000 Euro circa e lo Sponsor contribuisce con una quota di equity di 400.000 Euro. Il resto dei fondi vengono finanziati da un prestito bancario già erogato di 250.000 Euro e dal prestito in crowdfunding per 500.000 Euro (diviso in più tranches di raccolta). Il ritorno previsto per gli investitori è del 11.47% su base annua e la data di rientro del prestito è attesa per Marzo 2021.
