Käesoleva projektiga soovib Sponsor kaasata 156 000 eurot, eesmärgiga refinantseerida olemasolev laen. Laenu tagatiseks on teise järgu hüpoteek korteriomandile, mille turuväärtus vastavalt Läti suurima kinnisvaravahendusettevõtte poolt koostatud hindamisaktile on 780 000 eurot. Korter asub prestiižses Art Noveau linnaosas, aadressil Ausekla iela 4, Riia (korter number 16). Vasavalt hindamisaktis toodud väärtusele moodustub käesoleva rahastusvooru kaudu antava laenu ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhteks (LTV) 70%. Tegemist on lühiajalise investeerimisvõimalusega, mille põhiosa ja intressimakse tehakse ühe maksena 12-kuulise laenuperioodi lõpus.
