Korter asub prestiižses Art Noveau linnaosas, aadressil Ausekla iela 4, Riia (korter number 16). Vasavalt hindamisaktis toodud väärtusele moodustub käesoleva rahastusvooru kaudu antava laenu ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhteks (LTV) 50%. Tegemist on lühiajalise investeerimisvõimalusega, mille põhiosa ja intressimakse tehakse ühe maksena 12-kuulise laenuperioodi lõpus.
