Korter asub prestiižses Art Noveau linnaosas, aadressil Ausekla iela 4, Riia.Vasavalt hindamisaktis toodud väärtusele moodustub teise rahastusvooru kaudu antava laenu ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhteks (LTV) 70%.
