The loan term is 12 months with the interest rate of 15% per annum and the expected rate of return (IRR) 16.02% per annum.It is a so-called bullet loan, investors will receive monthly investment payments and the principal is repaid at the end of the loan period as a one-time payment.The issued loan is secured by a joint mortgage on the company's property and with the owner's personal guarantee in the loan amount.

Käesoleva projekti raames pakub Crowdestate ühisrahatusplatvormi investoritele võimalust osaleda järjekorras, seitsmendas Baltic Forest OÜ rahatusvoorus. Projekti raames soovitakse kaasata investoritelt kuni 1 500 000 eurot (sh minimaalselt 500 000 eurot), millest 500 000 euro ulatuses refinantseeritakse koheselt olemasolev Crowdestate investorite laen (lõpptähtaeg 31.03.2019) ning 1 000 000 euro ulatuses finantseeritakse käibekapitali. Laenu pikkuseks on 12 kuud, intressimäär 15.0% aastas ning prognoositud tootlus (IRR) investorile 16.02% aastas.Laenugraafiku mõistes on tegemist nö bullet-laenuga ehk laenuga, mille perioodi jooksul tasutakse vaid intressimakseid ning põhiosa tagastatakse laenuperioodi lõpus ühekordse maksena. Investorite huvide kaitseks on laen tagatud ühishüpoteegiga ettevõtte kinnistutele ning ettevõtte omanike isiklike käendustega laenusumma ulatuses.
