Gli appartamenti saranno tutti costruiti in classe A, grazie all'innovativa costruzione in bio-edilizia con struttura in legno.Il progetto è situato di fronte alla famosa Abbazia di Chiaravalle, a pochi chilometri di distanza dal centro di Milano.Ad oggi, 26 appartamenti sono già stati venduti (oltre il 50% del totale). Pärast õpinguid alustas ta kohe karjääri kinnisvara valdkonnas. Ta omandas magistrikaardi kinnisvara arenduses SDA Boccoonist ja töötas juhtivate kinnisvaraarendusettevõtete heaks. Ettevõtjana jätkas esmaste tegevuste arendamist ja alates 2008. aastast on ta olnud partneriks COHousing.itis juhtides Newcoh projekti arendust ja finantse.

Experienced in international agencies, Nadia deepened sociological themes working for 3 years in the organization of doctoral schools for the University of Milan. Lõpetanud Torino ülikooli turunduse ja korporatiivse kommunikatsiooni alal. Rahvusvahelistes asutustes kogenud Nadia süvendas kolm aastat kestnud sotsioloogilisi teemasid Milaano ülikooli doktorikoolide korraldamisel. 2008  aasta alguses liitus ta Cohousingiga, esmalt juhtis ressursse, aga nüüdseks tegutseb partneri ja ettevõtte tegevjuhina.

Laureata a pieni voti all’Università degli Studi di Torino in Marketing e Comunicazione istituzionale di impresa. In seguito a esperienze in agenzie internazionali, approfondisce i temi sociologici lavorando per 3 anni nell’organizzazione delle scuole di dottorato per l’Università degli studi di Milano. All’inizio del 2008 approda al cohousing dapprima come risorsa direzionale e oggi come socia e Amministratore della società.
