Short term investment opportunity in offering working capital loan with a 16.01% IRR per annum

Käesoleva projekti raames pakub Crowdestate ühisrahatusplatvormi investoritele võimalust osaleda järjekordses (viiendas) Global Nord Timber OÜ käibekapitali finantseerimises. Käesoleva projekti raames soovitakse kaasata investoritelt 800 000 eurot, millest 300 000 eurot suunatakse plaanitud kasvu finantseerimiseks ning 500 000 euro ulatuses refinantseeritakse väljasolevad Crowdestate investorite laenud (käesoleval hetkel on väljas 2 laenu).Laenu pikkuseks on 12 kuud, intressimäär 15.0% aastas ning prognoositud tootlus (IRR) investorile 16.01% aasta baasil. Investorite huvide kaitseks on laenu tagatiseks juhatuse liikme isiklik käendus ning Crowdestate Collateral Agency OÜ (“Tagatisagent”) poolt seatud piirangud saadud rahaliste vahendite kasutamise kohta.
