The purpose of this project is to finance the purchase of rental machinery for Latvian company SIA Nemco. The total amount of the purchase will be 750 400 EUR all funded by Crowdestate investors. Käesoleva projekti eesmärgiks on finantseerida Läti ettevõtte SIA Nemco rendimasinate ostmist. Ostu summaks on 750 400 eur ja kogu kapitali soovitakse kaasata Crowdestate investorite kaudu. Minimaalne rahastuseesmärk on 350 000 eur. Väljastatav laen on 36-kuulise perioodiga ja 13% aastase intressimääraga. Kui laen tagastatakse 12 kuud enne tähtaega, siis lisandub täiendav intress, mis võib suurendada investorite tulu.Antud investeerimisvõimalus pakub kvartaalseid intressimakseid.Laenu tagab varasemalt soetatud rendiseadmed (750 000 eur) ja praeguse ostu käigus omandatavad masinad.
