The purpose of the loan is to finance the purchase of a backhoe dredger vessel “Zenne”, currently located in Belgium. The vessel will be relocated to Estonia and will be used for dredging jobs in Estonian ant Baltic ports and marinas.The loan is secured by first-rank mortgage on backhoe dredger vessel “Zenne” and cutter suction dredger “NC1” (currently located in Latvia) in total amount of EUR 1,417,500. Sponsor has already made 30% prepayment for the vessel “Zenne”.The interest rate for the loan is 15% per annum and Sponsor has agreed to monthly interest payments. Loan principal is returned semi-annually.The source for interest payments and principal return planned to be cash flow which is generated by exploiting “Zenne”.Expected rate of return (IRR) for this investment is 16% on an annual basis.

For a period setting the mortgage on &#34;Zenne&#34; the Sponsor has agreed to provide investors with a personal assurance in amount of 300,000 euros in addition to mortgage on &#34;NC1&#34;. The personal assurance will be terminated after the mortgage on &#34;Zenne&#34; is set. Sponsor has already made 30% prepayment for the vessel “Zenne”.The interest rate for the loan is 15% per annum and Sponsor has agreed to monthly interest payments. Käesoleva rahastusprojekti raames pakume võimalust investeerida tagatud laenu, millega suurendatakse projekti Sponsori - Nord Company OÜ käibekapitali. Sponsor soovib kaasata 1,050,000 eurot kuni 18 kuu pikkuseks perioodiks. Minimaalne summa on 600,000 eurot. Kaasatud vahendid suunatakse süvenduslaev “Zenne” hankimiseks. Alus asub Belgias, kuid peale ostutehingut baseerub “Zenne” Eestis, kantakse Eesti Laevaregistrisse ja kasutatakse Baltikumi sadamate ja laevateede süvendustöödel.Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteekidega hangitaval süvenduslaeval “Zenne” ja juba Sponsori omandis oleval süvenduslaeval “NC1” (baseerub Läti Vabariigis). Teise järjekoha hüpoteek alusele &#34;NC1&#34; seatakse Crowdestate Collateral Agent OÜ kasuks enne kaasatud kapitali väljamaksmist Sponsorile. Peale väljamakset asendatakse 2. järjekoha hüpoteek 1. järjekoha hüpoteegiga samale alusele. Süvenduslaevale &#34;Zenne&#34; seatakse esimese järjekoha hüpoteek hiljemalt kolme nädala jooksul peale laenusumma välja maksmist.  Sponsor on valmis selle perioodi vältel pakkuma investoritele tagatiseks lisaks hüpoteegile süvenduslaeval &#34;NC1&#34; ka isiklikku käendust summas 300,000 eurot. Käendusleping kehtib kuni hüpoteek süvenduslaevale &#34;Zenne&#34; on registreeritud. Hüpoteegisumma kokku on 1,417,500 eurot. Mõlema aluse hindamisaktile vastav summaarne väärtus on ca. 3,500,000 eurot. Sponsor on süvenduslaeva “Zenne” ostuks juba tasunud ettemaksu 30% ulatuses aluse ostuhinnast. Laenu intressimääraks on 15% aastas. Sponsor tasub intressimakseid igakuiselt ja tagastab laenu põhiosa võrdsetes osades iga 6 kuu järel alates laenu väljastamisest.Intressi- ja põhiosamaksete allikaks on süvenduslaev “Zenne” ekspluateerimisest genereeritav rahavoog. Investeeringu arvutuslik sisemine tasuvusmäär (IRR) on 16% aastas.

Сумма кредита  возвращается раз в полгода в равно-разделенных частях. Источником выплаты процентов и возврата основного долга будет денежный поток, который создается за счет использования «Zenne».
