Sponsor soovib ehituskulude rahastamiseks kokku kaasata 400 000 eurot, mis viiakse läbi 3-4 rahastamisvooru raames ning makstakse välja vastavalt ehitustempole. Käimasoleva teise rahastamisvooru maht on 34 600 eurot. Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteegiga arendatavatele kinnistutele. Tagatisvara praeguseks väärtuseks on EUR 271 000. Vastavalt sellele on käesoleva, teise rahastamisvooru LTV 59%. Laenu fikseeritud intressimäär on 8,5% aasta baasil. Perioodilisi intressimakseid ei tehta. Laenuperioodiks on 12 kuud. Laenu tagastamise allikaks on valminud korterite müügist tekkiv rahavoog.
