Antud investeerimisvõimaluse eesmärk on finantseerida aadressil Paevälja tee 16, Lubja küla, Viimsi vald, Harjumaa, Eesti asuvat ühepereelamu ehituskulud. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast autoga 20 minuti kaugusel ja on arenenud infrastruktuuriga Viimsi elamurajoonis, Viimsi keksuse vahetus läheduses. See on Sponsori esimene projekt, mida plaanitakse rahastada Crowdestate platvormi kaudu.Investoritele pakutakse mitme rahastamisvooruga võimalust rahastada ühepereelamu ehitamist kogusummas 350 000 eurot. Müügihind korrigeeritakse peale müügikuulutuse avaldamist ja vastavalt ostjate huvidele.Laenu tagatis on esimese järgu hüpoteek elamumaa krundile aadressil Paevälja tee 16, Lubja küla, Viimsi vald, Harjumaa.Hindamisaktide kohaselt on Paevälja tee 16 krundi hetkeväärtus 284 000 eurot (ilma käibemaksuta). Projekti riskide vähendamiseks laenu ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhe arvutamisel lähtume projekti tegelikkest kuludest. Selle kohaselt on antava laenu ja tagastisvara väärtuse suhe  (LTV) 62%. Maksimaalne kulude põhine LTV projekti kehtivuse ajal on planeeritud 80%.
