Antud investeerimisvõimaluse eesmärk on finantseerida aadressil Paevälja tee 16, Lubja küla, Viimsi vald, Harjumaa, Eesti asuvat ühepereelamu ehituskulud. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast autoga 20 minuti kaugusel ja on arenenud infrastruktuuriga Viimsi elamurajoonis, Viimsi keskuse vahetus läheduses. See on Sponsori esimene projekt, mida rahastatakse Crowdestate platvormi kaudu.Investoritele pakutakse mitme rahastamisvooruga võimalust rahastada ühepereelamu ehitamist kogusummas 350 000 eurot. Projekti ehituskulud summas 250 000 eurot finantseeritakse omanikujärelevalve poolt kinnitatud ehitusaktide vastu. Viimased 100 000 eurot finantseeritakse ka omanikujärelevalve poolt kinnitatud ehitusakti vastu eeldusel, et ostjaga on sõlmitud võlaõigusleping. Teise rahastamisvooru maht on 100 000 eurot. Ehitus käib - majakarp on püsti ja soojustatud, avatäited paigaldatud ja alustatud kipsitöödega. Hinnanguliselt on ehitusest 60% valmis. Ehituse tähtaeg on 2022 aasta suvi.Fikseeritud intressimäär on 10% aastas. Perioodilisi intressimakseid ei ole. Investeerimisperiood on kuni 10 kuud. Sponsoril on õigus perioodi pikendada üks kord 4 kuu võrra. Pikendusperioodi intress 12% aastas.  Ühepereelamu suurus on 171,8 m2. Valmiskujul on maja turuväärtuseks hinnatud 600 000 eurot. Laenu tagatis on esimese järjekoha hüpoteek elamumaa krundile aadressil Paevälja tee 16, Lubja küla, Viimsi vald, Harjumaa.01.03.22 hindamisakti kohaselt on Paevälja tee 16 krundi turuväärtus 425 000 eurot. Valmis maja tulevikuväärtus on 600 000 eurot. Kinnistu lõppväärtuse suhtes oleks investorite laenude suhe 58%.Laen tagastatakse hoonestatud kinnistu müügitulust.
