Selline müügimaht on piisav, et peale korterite valmimist tagastada peale käesolevat rahastusvooru moodustuv laenukohustus ja maksta välja intressid.Laenuperioodiks on 7 kuud. Fikseeritud intressimääraks 13% aasta baasil. Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteekidega 11-le korteriomandile selles arendusprojektis.
