Käesoleva investeerimisvõimaluse eesmärk on Väänamõisa OÜ ettevõtte täiendava käibekapitali ärilaenu summas 90 000 eurot finantseerimine. Varasemalt Crowdestate investorid on rahastanud Väänamõisa OÜ ettevõtte käibekapital kogu summas 94 000 eurot. Laenude tagatiseks kasutasime kahte kinnistut aadressil Hirve tn. 14 ja 15, Vääna küla, Harku vald, Harju maakond. Hirve tn 15 kinnistu on välja müüdud ning suurem osa laenu põhiosast ja intressidest on esimese ja teise rahastamisvooru investoritele tagastatud.Käesolevas rahastamisvooru investeeringud on tagatud 1 järjekoha ühishüpoteegiga kahele Meremõisa arenduses asuvale elamumaa krundile: Pesapuu tn. 22 ja Pargimetsa tn. 11, Meremõisa küla, Lääne-Harju vald. Pesapuu tn 22 ühepereelamu on ehitusjärgus ning ehituskulusid LTV arvestuses arvesse ei võetud.Pesapuu tn. 22 ja Pargimetsa tn. 11, Meremõisa vald, Lääne-Harju vald elamumaa kinnistute kehtiv väärtus on 182 000 EUR koos käibemaksuga (vt hindamisakt, eesti keeles).
