Rae põik 10 üheksa korteriga ridamaja arendus asub Rae vallas, Rae külas, u. 10 km kaugusel Tallinna kesklinnast. Projekti Sponsor on naaberkinnistutel sama projekti alusel ehitamas nelja ridamaja, mille rahastamine toimub Crowdestate investorite poolt. Rae põik 10 ehituse maksumus on 803 000 eurot ja Crowdestate investoritele pakutakse võimalust viienda vooruga rahastada ehitust mahus 46 000 eurot. Koos eelnevate rahastamisvoorudega on investorite laen kokku summas 622 000 eurot, mis on ka tänaseks akteeritud ehitustööde maksumus.
