Rae põik 2 üheksa korteriga ridamaja arendus asub Rae vallas, Rae külas, u. 10 km kaugusel Tallinna kesklinnast. Projekti Sponsor on naaberkinnistutel sama projekti alusel ehitamas nelja ridamaja, mille rahastamine toimub Crowdestate investorite poolt. Rae põik 2 ehituse maksumus on 895 000 eurot ja Crowdestate investoritele pakutakse võimalust neljandas voorus rahastada ehitust mahus 153 000 eurot. Koos esimese kolme rahastamisvooruga on investorite laen kokku summas 518 200 eurot, mis vastab akteeritud ehitustööde mahule seisuga 31.03.2022. Võlaõiguslepingutega on 6 korterit müüdud. Müümata kolme korteri keskmine hind on 246 000 eurot. Laenuperiood on 9 kuud (30.12.2022). Fikseeritud intressimääraks 10% aasta baasil.
