Laenu ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhe (LTV) on 53% (1. ja 2. jrk hüpoteekidega tagatud laenude põhiosa suhe tagatisvara väärtusesse). Raekoja plats 13 hoone suletud netopind on 904,1 m2 ja hoone on üürilepingutega kaetud (hoones üürivad pindasid 4 ettevõtet). Sponsoril on plaan järgnevate voorude raames rahastada ka hoone ümberehitustöid. Crowdestate investorite laen makstakse tagasi pikaajalise pangalaenuga refinantseerimisel hiljemalt 18 kuu möödudes.

Il rapporto prestito/valore (LTV) è del 53% (rapporto tra la somma concessa in prestito e il valore della proprietà). Attualmente l'immobile è interamente affittato e ci sono 4 inquilini. Lo Sponsor intende anche finanziare i lavori di ristrutturazione dell'edificio con dei progetti di finanziamento successivi. Lo Sponsor rifinanzierà il prestito degli investitori di Crowdestate con un prestito bancario a lungo termine entro 18 mesi.
