The ratio of the loan principal to the market value of the collateral (LTV) is up to 69% at the end of construction. The loan is secured by a first-rank mortgage on Raiheina St. 35 property.Loan will be repaid from the sales revenue of Raiheina St. 35 private house.

Hindamisakti kohaselt on valmiskujul on maja turuväärtus 426 000 eurot ja hindamisakti järgne väärtus (u. 60%-lise ehitusvalmiduse juures) 278 000 eurot. Investorite laenu põhiosa suhe tagatisvara turuväärtusesse (LTV) on kolmanda laenuosa väljastamisel 60%. LTV on ehituse lõpus kuni 69%.Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga Raiheina tee 35 kinnistule.Laen tagastatakse valmisehitatud eramu müügitulust.
