According to the appraisal report, the market value of the completed house is 426,000 euros and the current value (at about 60% readiness) is 278,000 euros. The ratio of the loan principal to the market value of the collateral (LTV) after the first funding round is 58%. LTV is up to 69% at the end of construction. The loan is secured by a first-rank mortgage on Raiheina St. 35 property.Loan will be repaid from the sales revenue of Raiheina St. 35 private house.

Hindamisakti kohaselt on valmiskujul on maja turuväärtus 426 000 eurot ja hetkeväärtus (u. 60%-lise ehitusvalmiduse juures) 278 000 eurot. Investorite laenu põhiosa suhe tagatisvara turuväärtusesse (LTV) on esimese laenuosa väljastamisel 58%. LTV on ehituse lõpus kuni 69%.Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga Raiheina tee 35 kinnistule.Laen tagastatakse valmisehitatud eramu müügitulust.
