Il progetto Sala Bolognese, Bologna prevede la costruzione di un complesso di 4 villette su due piani e giardino di proprietà nella località di Sala Bolognese, a pochi passi da Bologna. La società Sponsor del progetto, la GeoCostruzioni srl, ha già espletato tutte le pratiche urbanistiche e iniziato i lavori di costruzione, che saranno completati entro la fine del 2020.Il valore totale di vendita del progetto è di 1.075.000 Euro, per una media di 270.000 Euro ad appartamento.  Tre appartamenti su quattro sono già stati venduti, per un importo totale di 790.000 Euro, incassando anche parte del prezzo come anticipo sulla vendita, tramite un contratto preliminare registrato. Lo Sponsor mira a raccogliere tramite Crowdestate 450.000 Euro, divisi in 3 tranche da 150.000 Euro l’una, per finanziare parte dei lavori di costruzione. Il prestito verrà rimborsato non appena la costruzione sarà completata e verranno effettuati i primi rogiti. Questa rappresenta la seconda tranche di raccolta, dopo la prima conclusa con successo a Febbraio 2020.Il totale delle prevendite già effettuate, pari a 790.000 Euro, copre ampiamente il valore del prestito tramite Crowdestate di 450.000 Euro, rendendo l’investimento particolarmente sicuro. Lo Sponsor ha un’esperienza pluridecennale sul territorio di Bologna e provincia, sia come sviluppatore immobiliare che come costruttore. Il progetto in corso prevede la costruzione di ampi appartamenti di circa 140m2 l’uno oltre agli spazi esterni, caratterizzati dai migliori standard costruttivi. Gli appartamenti sono infatti costruiti in classe energetica A3. Il ritorno sull’investimento per gli investitori di Crowdestate è pari al 11.4% su base annua.
