A doua sursa posibila de rambursare poate fi refinantarea de la una dintre bancile care opereaza în Romania. Durata investitiei pentru acest proiect este de pana la 12 luni. Rata dobanzii este de 14,50% pe an si va fi platita la vanzarea obiectivului, partial sau integral, odata cu rambursarea principalului, dar nu mai tarziu de maturitatea imprumutului. Imprumutul va fi garantat cu ipoteca de rangul I asupra terenului si cladirii existente.
