Crowdestate’i investoritel on uue projekti raames võimalik investeerida hüpoteegiga tagatud 18-kuulisesse laenu. <a href="https://enko.ee/et/" target="">AS Enko</a> soovib teise rahastamisvooruga kaasata Crowdestate'i investoritelt omakapitali vabastamiseks kapitali summas 253 300 eurot. Koos esimese rahastamisvooruga kaasatud summaga on Crowdestate'i investorite laen kokku 530 000 eurot. Laenu tähtaeg on 18 kuud, laenult makstav intress on 11% aasta baasil ja intressimaksed on kvartaalsed.  Laenu tagatiseks on seatud 1.järjekoha hüpoteek Viimsis, Tulbi tee 3 ärimaa kinnistule (21 439 m2) ja külgnevatele elamumaa kinnistutele – 13 kinnistut suurusega kokku 23 164 m2. Laen makstakse tagasi kinnistute võõrandamisel või Crowdestate’i investorite laenu refinantseerimisel hiljemalt 18 kuu möödudes. Kvartaalsete intressimaksetega laenu sisemine tasuvusmäär (IRR) on 11,4%.
