Käesolev investeerimisvõimalus on Väänamõisa OÜ täiendava käibekapitali ärilaenu rahastamine summas 22 000 euro ulatuses. Varasemalt Crowdestate investorid finantseerisid Väänamõisa OÜ käibekapitali summas 72,000 eurot, millest on juba suurem laenu põhiosa koos kogunenud intressiga investoritele tagastatud Hirve tee 15, Vääna küla kinnistu müügist. Tagatiseks on jäänud üks kinnistu Väänamõisa arenduses aadressil Hirve tee 14 Vääna küla, Harku vald, Harju maakond. Kinnistu väärtus  on 74 000 eurot. Hirve tee 14 planeeritud müügihind on 100 260 eurot. Laenusumma koos intressidega tagastatakse tagatise müügist.
