Käimasoleva investeerimisvõimaluse näol on tegemist kolmanda rahastamisvooruga Veskimöldre-2 elamuarenduspiirkonna infrastruktuuri (Koru põhikool-lasteaed) ehituse rahastamiseks. Veskimöldre-2 elupiirkonnas on välja ehitatud teed ja kommunikatsioonid ning kruntide müük ja elamute ehitus käivad. Sponsor on investeerinud projekti 10 miljonit eurot ja täita on jäänud veel vallaga planeerimismenetluses kokkulepitud investeerimiskohustus summas 1,2 miljonit eurot, mille osaliseks finantseerimiseks taotletakse Crowdestate investoritelt laenu kokku summas 950 000 eurot. Alates Crowdestate'i investorite poolt rahastatud projekti esimesest voorust veebruaris 2019.a. on Sponsor müünud 11 elamumaa kinnistut ning esimese rahastamisvooruga kaasatud laenu põhiosa on vähendatud 500 000 eurolt 209 000 euroni.  Rahastamine toimub kolmes osas. Käesoleva kolmanda rahastamisvooru maht on 230 000 eurot.
