Crowdestate'i investorid on rahastanud Veskimöldre-2 elupiirkonnas asuvate elamukruntide tagatisel Sponsori investeerimiskohustust uue Koru põhikooli-lasteaia ehitamisel. Sponsori investeerimiskohustuse maht on 1,2 miljonit eurot ja investorid on tänaseks rahastanud projekti 950 000 euro ulatuses. Rahastamise algusest on Sponsor müünud 13 Veskimöldre-2 elamupiirkonna krunti ja tagastanud Crowdestate'i investorite laenu kokku summas ~370 000 eurot ning kohustuste jääk on hetkel u. 580 000 eurot. Elamukruntide müügiedust ja tõusnud hindadest tulenevalt on Sponsor otsustanud pakkuda Crowdestate'i investoritele kooli ehitamise finantseerimist täiendava neljanda rahastamisvooruga summas 210 000 eurot. Veskimöldre-2 elupiirkonnas on välja ehitatud teed ja kommunikatsioonid ning kruntide müük ja elamute ehitus käivad. Sponsor on investeerinud projekti 10 miljonit eurot.  Investeering on tagatud 3. järjekoha ühishüpoteegiga 104 elamumaa kinnistule (168 213 m2) hinnatud väärtuses 8,7 miljonit eurot (ilma käibemaksuta). Esimese ja teise järjekohaga tagatava seeniorlaenu jääk on 3 miljonit eurot. Koos käimasoleva kampaaniaga kaasatava 210 000 euroga on projekti LTV on 44% (hüpoteekidega tagatud laenude põhiosa jäägi suhe hinnatud 104 kinnistu väärtusesse). Lisaks hüpoteegile on kontserni emaettevõtte Brave Capital OÜ andnud käenduse summas 200 000 eurot.Crowdestate'i investorite laenult makstakse intressi 15% aasta baasil. Il saldo del mutuo ipotecario di primo e secondo grado è di 3,0 milioni di euro. LTV del progetto è del 44% (il rapporto tra il capitale del mutuo garantito da ipoteca e 104 lotti). Oltre all'ipoteca, la società Brave Capital OÜ ha emesso una garanzia di 200.000 euro.Il tasso d'interesse previsto è pari al 15% annuo. I pagamenti degli interessi sono trimestrali e il capitale sarà restituito dal reddito di vendita dei lotti residenziali di Veskimöldre-2 - il 25% del valore di vendita (IVA esclusa) di ogni lotto sarà trasferito a Crowdestate per rimborsare gli investitori.La durata dell'investimento è di 16 mesi.
