Antud investeerimisvõimaluse eesmärk on finantseerida aadressil Heinapõllu tn. 7 ja 9, Kulli küla, Raasiku vald, Harjumaa, Eesti asuvat paarismajad. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast autoga 25 minuti kaugusel ja on arenenud infrastruktuuriga väikelinna Jüri lähedal.Investoritele pakutakse kokku kahe rahastamisvooruga võimalust rahastada kahe paarismaja ehitamist, kogusummas 130 000 eurot, millest esimese rahavooru suuruseks on 52 500 eurot. Ehitamine on hetkel pooleli - ühe maja vundament on valmis ja seinte ehitamist on alustatud. Ehituse tähtaeg on 2021-2022 aasta talv. Eelmüügilepingud on juba kolme korteriga sõlmitud (notariaalselt tõestatud võlaõiguslikud lepingud). Edukaks väljumiseks tuleb müüa veel ainult üks korter.Fikseeritud intressimäär on 10% aastas. Perioodilisi intressimakseid ei ole.
