Ankurüürniku poolt üüritava pinna suuruseks on 1260 m2. Projekti ehituseks Crowdestate'i investorite kaudu laenatav summa ja kogunev intress makstakse tagasi väljaarendatud kaubanduskeskuse müümisel rahavooinvestorile. Müügitehingust makstakse tagasi esmalt hüpoteegiga tagatud laenud ja tagasimakse hetkeks kogunenud intress. Il centro commerciale è stato costruito da Nordlin Ehitus e la scadenza per la costruzione è il 15 dicembre 2019.
