Laenu tagastamise allikaks on valminud korterite müük või refinantseerimine läbi pangalaenu. Rae põik 6 ridaelamu projekti ehitamine algab 2020. aasta septembris. Projekti valmimise tähtaeg kevad 2021.a.Laenuperioodiks on 16 kuud. Fikseeritud intressimääraks 11% aasta baasil. Perioodilisi intressimakseid ei tehta.Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteekidega 3-le arenduskinnistutele aadressil Rae põik 6, 8, 10, Rae küla.
