Meie uue projekti raames avaneb investoritel võimalus rahastada kolme eramaja ehitust asukohaga Veeru tee 2, 4 ja 6, Uuta küla, Nõo vald, Tartu maakond. Investorid rahastaksid kogu projekti mahus kuni 300 000 eurot ja praeguse esimese vooru maht on 100 000 eurot. Järgnevate voorude summad makstakse välja osade kaupa vastavalt ehitustööde kulgemisele. Ehitustegevus käib: valminud on kõigi kolme maja vundamendid koos kommunikatsioonidega ja alustatud on maja välisseinte ladumisega. Ehituse tähtaeg on oktoober 2022.Veeru tee 2, 4 ja 6 kinnistud asuvad Elva külje all, u. 20 km (15 minutit autosõitu) kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Kinnistute turuväärtus on hetkel 193 000 eurot. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 61%.Laenudelt arvestatakse intressi 10,5% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksena perioodi lõpus või korteriomandite müümisel. Laenude tagasimakse allikaks on majade müügitulu. Laenuperiood on 6 kuud.
