How will I stay informed about my investments?
Crowdestate ensures that investors are kept up to date with the progress of their investments through regular updates provided by Project Owners.
Regular project updates
- Project Owners are contractually obligated to provide regular updates, typically quarterly, regarding the progress of the crowdfunding project.
- Once the Project Owner submits an update, Crowdestate promptly publishes it for all investors involved in the specific project.
Accessing updates
- To view updates on your investments, log in to your Crowdestate account and navigate to the relevant project.
- In addition to platform updates, Crowdestate may share investment-related information via email or other electronic communication channels.
Equal treatment of investors
- In compliance with the European Crowdfunding Regulation, all investors are treated equally. Investment-related updates are published simultaneously for all investors in the project, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Crowdestate is legally prohibited from sharing unpublished information with individual investors, strictly adhering to regulatory requirements.
By following these protocols, Crowdestate ensures that investors have timely and equal access to important information about their investments.
How can I add funds to my investment account?
After signing up with Crowdestate, you can open one or more investment accounts.
To do so, click on "Portfolio" in the upper-right corner of your screen and select "+New account".Once your investment account is created, you can add funds by making a wire transfer to Crowdestate's bank account. Be sure to include your investment account's unique reference number in the payment details to ensure automatic processing.
To find the necessary payment details, go to the "Overview" page of your investment account and click "+Add funds". This will display all required payment information, including the unique reference number.

Opening investment accounts with Crowdestate
At Crowdestate, we offer the flexibility for users to create multiple investment accounts. Whether you’re an individual investor or representing a business, you can easily set up investment accounts tailored to your needs. Below are the steps to create an investment account with us.
Access your portfolio:
- Log in to your Crowdestate account.
- Click on “Portfolio” located in the upper right corner of the screen.
Add a new account:
- Within your Portfolio, click on the “+Add new account” button.
- This action will prompt you to create a new investment account.
Select account type:
On the next screen, choose the appropriate account type:
- Private account: If you’re investing as an individual.
- Company Account: If you’re investing on behalf of a business entity.
Fill in the required information:
Depending on the account type you selected, provide the necessary details.
- For private accounts, you’ll need personal information.
- For company accounts, specific business-related information will be required.
You can create as many private or company investment accounts as you need.
How to withdraw funds from my investment account?
After logging in, please click on the "Portfolio" menu in the top right corner of your screen, then select the investment account you want to withdraw.
Then, click on the "Payments" in the left menu to open the "New payment" screen.
Fill in the form and click on "Confirm payment" to proceed.
You must confirm your payment instructions with a two-factor authentication code from your Google Authenticator app or the SMS code we sent to you.
Insert the correct confirmation code and complete the withdrawal process by clicking on the "Confirm" button.
How can I transfer funds between my Crowdestate investment accounts?
To transfer funds between your Crowdestate investment accounts, follow these steps:
- Log into your Crowdestate account and click on "Portfolio" in the upper-right corner to select the investment account you want to use for the transfer.
- From the left-hand menu, click on "Payments" to access the "New payment" screen.
- Choose "Transfer to your other Crowdestate account" and then select the destination account from the "Beneficiary's account" dropdown menu.
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer and click "Confirm payment" to proceed.
For security, you will need to verify the transaction by entering a 2FA authentication code, which can be retrieved from your Google Authenticator app or via SMS, depending on your chosen authentication method.
Once confirmed, your funds will be transferred to the selected Crowdestate account instantly.
Suspended investment account
Investment account becomes suspended in a few rare occasions, for instance, when the country your bank or payment account service provider is operating in, has been reclassified to be a high-risk country.
To reactivate your investment account, please log in, review your investment account details and replace your currently provided bank or payment account with the one opened in a low-risk country.
